  • 12' x 12' x 3/4" (several other sizes available from 8 x 10 up to 16 x 20, we will custom size for a nominal fee)

please note: all dimensions are nominal.

Stall kits also available in 1/2" and either Diamond or Button surface and can be custom cut to fit any size stall. There will be a loss of 1" in width and length of all interlocked mats so stall sizes may vary slightly. We recommend leaving 1/2" to 1/4" space around edge of horse stall to allow for expansion and contraction.

Big Lok™ System

Same as our standard interlock system but with larger "teeth" (2 1/4") 3 times larger than the Loktuff™ design. The larger teeth handle both larger animals and more traffic.

Big Lok™ rubber mats are available in 3/4" thickness only with the diamond surface. Pieces can be sized to cover any area. Shown above are installations in an Equine Walker Floor and a Dairy Rotary Parlor. Below, our Big Lok mats are use under Elephants. Several Zoos have used these mats under Elephants, Rhinos, Giraffes, Big Cats, Llamas, Alpacas and much more.

Dog/Kennel Mats

Humane Kennel mats provide increased comfort and protection for your dogs.Rubber mats provide cushioned comfort as well as insulating against the damp and cold. The mats are non-absorbent and easy to clean.

By interlocking and shearing Humane mats can cover any size area desired. Humane Kennel Mats are very popular for use in Dog Agility Training Centers. (click to view list of references) Also popular in Doggy Daycares, Obedience Training, and Boarding Facilities.

The Ultimate in comfort, Humane Supreme Comfort Pads™ provide a safe, comfortable, relaxing environment for your herd. They can be used in Free Stall, Tie Stall, or Stanchion facilities. Supreme Comfort Pads™ encourage the down time necessary for cows to reach their maximum genetic potential. Pads are made from 2 molded solid pieces of rubber that are then adhered together with a foam insert inside to provide supreme cushioned comfort. Standard sizes are 48" x 72" or 48" x 66" and 1 3/4" thick! We will custom size to fit your stalls....Free.

Supreme Comfort Pads™ come with a 5-year Limited Warranty. Installation is easy and we can provide both Stall Measurement and Installation instructions, as well as the anchors needed to install (only 2 are required to hold pad in place). They are brisket board compatible, totally non-absorbent, and have a non-skid surface. Materials used in making the pad also include an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal agent to prevent the growth of bacteria.
