With our 4 x 4 rubber flooring system, we literally have hundreds of areas already CAD ready to cut and drawings done for layout assistance. They start out as small as 7'9" x 7'9" (which is 4 of the 4' x 4' corners) all the way up to 58'4" x 101'2", or if you have a room with lots of corners and doorways, we can calculate number of mats needed and draw a lay out for you. These areas can be done with beveled edges for specific areas or straight edge for wall to wall applications. One person can install about 15 mats per hour, when trimming is not necessary.

Excellent for use under heavy workout equipment, such as treadmills, stationery
bikes, and steppers. They shield the floor from damage while protecting the
machines from vibration and carpet fibers. Humane's re-vulcanizing process
(not glued or pressed together) allows these rubber mats to withstand a great deal of
punishment. During the manufacturing process, our rubber fitness mats have a mitigate
agent added to reduce the rubber smell. SuperSport Mats also provide extra
protection from heavy free weights, place mats on hard floors, over commercial
carpeting, or in combination with our LOKTUFF Standard Interlocking Flooring
System.

All 4 x 6 mats are nominal in size. If using 4 x 6 mats to create an entire floor,
we strongly recommend having the mats "trued". This will simplify installation
because trimming will not be necessary. If they are not "trued", each mat may
need trimming to align them side by side for a perfect fit.
